c) A conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance on very favorable terms followed by a
confirmation email. Here how to sign in. Occasionally, something can happen before departure date. With our travel cancellation insurance, you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at the hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to avoid fees in such cases, we recommend this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the “Europäische Reiseversicherung” travel insurance.
Our cancellation policy:
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
• For cancellations which are made with more than 40 days before the scheduled arrival, we will refund your deposit, minus a processing fee of 20 euros.
• For cancellations which are made between 39 days and 15 days before the scheduled arrival, we demand a compensation of 30% of the total amount.
• For cancellations which are made between 14 days and 8 days before the scheduled arrival, we demand a compensation of 70% of the total amount.
• For cancellations which are made with less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival, a no show, or a prior departure or delayed arrival, we demand a compensation of 100% of the total amount.
