The way to a guest’s heart is through their stomach

If there is one thing we know like the back of our hands, that is hospitality: a firm and friendly handshake, a spontaneous smile, a fresh bouquet of flowers and, more than anything else, a dish prepared to perfection. We have always tried to satisfy our guests by believing in genuine Ladin dishes and a cuisine which loves and reinterprets South Tyrolean and Italian recipes. Some of our dishes have become guests’ favourites: we dare not remove them from the menu! Take the Tasces, our cheese and mountain butter raviolis with red berries; or our Grestl, roast potatoes, pork tenderloin, fried onions and cabbage. We like our heads right where they are now, thank you very much: firmly attached to our shoulders.

Our cuisine is a reflection of the location we live in. It is down to earth but packs quite a punch, hearty meals that will win you over. A constant research for mountain delicacies we like to serve without fuss: simple yet tasty.

A feast for the eyes, mouth-watering treats: Manuela gives her very best every day to create different sweets. Her never-ending work constantly surprises guests due to her creativity, passion, and originality. And let us not even get started about her sweet buffets and stunning cakes for wedding receptions.

Celebrating in the Ostaria

Our halls are perfect whatever the ceremony, be it weddings, christenings, birthdays, anniversaries or special events. The main room can host up to ninety people, and the garden aperitifs, with a stunning view over the Sas dla Crusc – weather permitting, of course – are the cherry on the cake of these festive moments.

We create tailored menus and pay special attention to the decoration and furnishing of the rooms. Thematic aperitifs and buffets, set or á la carte menus, dessert buffets: you will be spoilt for choice, and it will be our pleasure to find exactly the right solution.
